Hello! My name is Lauren, and I am an actor, creator, and theatre producer based in Toronto. I am a co-founder of the award-winning indie theatre company Spicy Day, and I am passionate about creating work that means something, with joy and humour and heart. The work I have created/produced/starred in with my theatre company has won Best of Fringe and Critic's Pick in the 2019 Toronto Fringe Festival, and been nominated for Outstanding New Work at the Prix Rideau Awards (Ottawa's professional theatre awards).
