About
Born in 1981, J. Adam Huggins is a Canadian photographer who collaborates with international publications and organizations such as the New York Times and International Herald Tribune, COLORS Magazine, ELLE, Der Spiegel, the United Nations Organization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUC), the Canadian Film Centre and National Film Board of Canada, Unitus, and Water.org.

His pictures have been exhibited in venues which include the Centre Pompidou in Paris, Shanghai Art Museum, and La Triennale di Milano. 

He has also received a few honors for his work which include a scholarship from FABRICA, a Human Rights Press Award from Amnesty International, and most recently he was selected for the TED Fellows program.

His camera has traveled with him across five continents and he lives in Toronto.
