2. Translate creative direction into polished, high-quality motion work
3. Maintain consistency in tone, pacing, and overall design across all animation assets
4. Interpret storyboards, references, and visual guidelines accurately
5. Implement creative feedback efficiently and adapt revisions as needed
6. Deliver finalized animations within a tight production schedule
