Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all lighting and grip equipment is set up, operated, and broken down efficiently and safely.

1. Equipment Management: Assist with the loading, unloading, and organization of all lighting and grip gear, including stands, cables, and fixtures.
2. Setup and Breakdown: Work closely with the Gaffer to rig, position, and power various lighting units (e.g., LED panels, Kino Flos, HMIs). This includes setting up C-stands, flags, and other light modifiers.
3. Safety: Adhere to all on-set safety protocols and procedures, particularly when working with electricity and heavy equipment.
