•	Help prepare the set with props, equipment and etc.
•	Responsible for organizing and attending meetings.
•	Managing budget and expenses
•	Assist costume designers, directors, and other crew members.
•	Guide actors around the filming area.
•	Responsible for recording video and audio footage as assigned by the producer or director
•	Accept errands as assigned 
•	Answering phone calls
