1. Ensuring that dialogue recorded during filming is suitably clear.
2. Collaboration with the technical production team, pre-production team, and postproduction team 
3. Creates a guide track for the Picture Editor and also supplies a feed for the Producer and Director to hear the Actor’s lines.
4. In charge with maintaining log sheets for each roll of tape (or digitally formatted unit) recorded and marking printed takes, in conjunction with the camera assistant and script supervisor.
