1.  Responsible for planning the makeup designs for all leading and supporting cast, to include cosmetic makeup and facial/body hair applications. 
2. Style hair according to makeup.
3. Set makeup with hairspray or other setting material
4. Read scripts to ascertain the materials and the look required.
5. Understanding requirements from a visual and technical standpoint.
6. Determining the correct material and application according to lighting, setting etc.
