Project Description
Steak+Sizzle Agency is looking to hire a full-time Junior Producer for a 6-month contract with the possibility of an extension.
Working closely with the creative director, the junior producer carries out a wide variety of photo, video, and graphic design projects for our clients. You must possess strong leadership and organizational skills. You’ll take responsibility for every step in the project management process (timelines, schedules, budgets, post-production, legalities, etc.) and manage crews and workflows while remaining in contact with the clients. As the junior producer, you’re a problem-solving whiz who knows how to work with creative, production crews, and client teams to come up with solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
University degree in media and television production, a related field, similar experience.
2 years + of experience in television, video, and/or film production, or in an agency setting
Excellent knowledge of production and post-production processes
Demonstrated ability to think and communicate strategically
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with heavy workloads and short deadlines
Traveling may be required. The majority of the work will be remote, while some work is expected on location for shoots when necessary.
A valid driver’s license and passport are required. Access to a vehicle when necessary.
Fluent in French, both written and oral an asset

SALARY
$34-$43 per hour ($70k-$90k per year) depending on experience
