Director of Photography 
We are looking for a DP with experience in documentary-style filming and approaches their work with a modern and creative eye. 
Start: As soon as possible
Location: Toronto, Ontario 
Pay: Rate to be negotiated based on experience  
Our team is currently working on developing and producing a docu-style series about empowering human voices. The videos will be less than 5 minutes in length and be composed of interviews and b-roll. To begin, we will be filming everyone to two weeks for a half day with the aim to pick up to consistently filming 1-2x per week. 
Our ideal DP is someone who:
- Has 5+ years of experience 
- Can contribute a creative eye and direction to the treatment of the videos 
- Operate the main camera during the shoot
- Very comfortable directing 1-2 other camera operators during the interview 
- A team-player who is flexible and open to wearing many hats on-set when working with a smaller crew 
- Owns their own equipment (camera, lenses, maybe lights) 
- Having your own liability and rental insurance is an asset
